Existing Home Sales Up 115 Percent In October, Says Desert Realtors Asso.

For the second month in a row, sales of existing homes in the Coachella Valley jumped triple digits in October over October 2007, while the median price hovered around $200,000, the lowest since 2001, the California Desert Association of REALTORS reported today. More
